Why buy fly ash

One material. Lower cost, longer life, less carbon.

Cuts binder cost

Typically replaces 15–35% of cement per cubic metre with a lower-cost classified pozzolan — the working range is set by your mix design and testing.

Stronger over time

The ongoing pozzolanic reaction keeps building compressive strength well past 28 days. A general property of fly ash concrete — not a strength result certified for a particular lot.

More durable concrete

Denser, less permeable mixes resist sulphate, chloride and alkali–aggregate attack. Achieved performance depends on mix design and project conditions.

Lower embodied carbon

Every tonne that replaces clinker avoids close to a tonne of CO₂ from cement making — an indicative calculation, not a measured property.

Better workability

Spherical particles can improve flow and pumpability in suitable mix designs, while reducing bleeding and segregation.

Lot-wise tested consistency

Multi-source supply with lot-wise testing — classified fineness and a signed test certificate for every tested lot.

Supply & export

Three ways it leaves the country.

Loose bulk, container liner or 1 MT jumbo bags — the route is chosen with you against the loading port, terminal handling and vessel on offer, not fixed in advance.

  1. 01

    Loose dry bulk

Pneumatically loaded into a closed dry bulk vessel — the lowest cost per tonne at volume, with no packaging to handle at either end.

Subject to terminal and vessel availability
  2. 02

    Container liner

A sealed liner bag inside a standard container, filled and discharged pneumatically. Suits regular parcel volumes and destinations without bulk terminal handling.

Container liner supplied to the buyer's specification
  3. 03

    1 MT jumbo bags

Palletised FIBC bags, shipped break-bulk in vessel or stuffed into containers. The most flexible route where discharge is by crane or forklift.

Also available bagged, 50 kg palletised
Nagesh Trading fly ash supply and export: loose bulk pneumatically loaded to a closed vessel, a sealed 20 ft container liner bag, and 1 MT jumbo bags palletised at berth, with the end-to-end chain from Korba, Seepat, Kanhia and Talcher by rail and road to port, packing and vessel export.
The three export modes and the chain behind them — sourcing, inland movement, port handling, packing and vessel export.
National sourcing network Korba · Seepat · Kanhia · Talcher India — moved by rail, road, port and vessel. Korba is the current dispatch hub; every source is tested lot by lot.
